Why not buy him a bike, or a fishing rod, or a football, or a pair of hiking boots, or subscription to a hiking or sailing club, or take him mountain climbing, or on a trip to Iceland, or a musical instrument, or a pair of boxing gloves, or a chemistry set, or allocate him a patch in the garden ?
