Anyway, I don't know where the AOL users come from, either. I would guess that they google for "change password" or something, find an archived post on debian-user, and send off an email without at all understanding what they're doing. They just have no clue. We have all been geeks for long enough that we don't understand what it is like to be completely ignorant and afraid of computers. These people have no idea what Debian is, so they don't understand where their question is going. Have a little pity.
