First suggestion is to dump postnuke:

There is a good reason it was removed from Debian.

Second suggestion is to dump MySQL:

There are many good reasons not to use MySQL.  I understand that it is
starting to change somewhat, but even that will really not happen until
5.0, and possibly, 5.1 are released.

When you dump MySQL, I would recommend switching to PostgreSQL.  Their
docs are absolutely amazing.  Read them and understand what you are
doing, then go about choosing a graphical tool to help you.
