Any idea why? I've never understood why Debian moved to Exim as the default MTA. Longtime sendmail user, 10-11 years. I didn't reply to the OP's question because it sounded like one of those that make you slap your forehead about two seconds after sending it.. ;-) But your statement is one that I've often wondered about...
