Ok. You need a NAT. Example:
Old IP: 200.20.20.20
New IP: 201.21.21.21
Use the rule on machine at your office:
# iptables -t NAT -A INPUT -d 200.20.20.20 -j DNAT 201.21.21.21
It works fine with one nic.
