Your question gives little or no information. I think you should read how to ask questions. Now coming to your problem, you should give details of your system like its graphic cards detail, its memory, mouse, keyboard etc. All these things play a role in configuration of x windows. Due to some reason your x windows is not starting. Also whether xserver has been installed or not should be known. I hope now you will appreciate my first a few lines.
