What happened to kernel-image 2.6.12

I guess I haven't been paying attention much lately.  But where did the 
kernel-image 2.6.12 go?

There is a linux-image 2.6.12 out there, but nothing to indicate that 
this is a replacement to the kernel-image...

Which one do I use?
Any other goodies to watch out for?
