-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
I've had the same problem and solved it by installing libssl0.9.7, libssl-dev and openssl. (I think you only need the libssl-dev but I was desperate and installed them all ;) . This is from memory and I was/am using the 2.6.8-2-686 kernel but hope it works for you. I can look into it some more if it fails for you. And oh, yes I got a DWL-G510 working fine with madwifi and wpa_supplicant for WPA-PSK regards, Toby Ed Young wrote: > I'm trying to get a dlink DWL-G510 wifi board working with a Debian 3.1 > system. > Currently I'm running a stock 2.4.27 kernel. > > So far the stock kernel doesn't seem to see the card and reports only > the > onboard ETH0 ethernet. > > I set this system up using my onboard ethernet as ETH0 but I want to > settup > the wireless dlink dwl-g510 card.
