I don't think that's the right way to use the 'set folder' option: it should refer to a *folder*, not to your inbox! Right-click on the Debian folder which you can see and select "Subscribe" which should give you the option to see the other folders. Is 'Debian' in the same server directory as your other folders? If so, this should work.
