This is normal. Since distributions often share packages, they are stored only once, in pool/, and the distribution directories refer to the pool packages. > I was wondering if other people could give me some feedback on how they did > their mirrors. If your mirror has all the packages it needs it should be easy - just give jigdo-lite the address of your own mirror instead of one of the main debian ones.
