Do you have a monitor attacted to the computer or are you using a serial
interface?
Are you installing debian from a CDROM drive?
If so, what cd is it? Sarge cd #1, net install, boot floppies?
Do you get a dark screen?
Do you get some words on the screen? What are they?
Any info will help.
