I run rbldnsd, although not on debian. Can you explain exactly what you're trying to do? You need some way to direct the queries at your rbldnsd. Your box probably already is pointed at a normal resolver, so in that resolver's config you may need to make a forward zone. Or if you are going to have the DNSBL in its own domain then have you registered that domain's nameservers to point at your rbldnsd servers?
