I have some dead space on my disk before logical partition hda7 that I want to add to hda7. Parted is not letting me resize or move the partition to include the dead space. Is there another utility that might or should I just plan on restoring from backup?
Does anyone know why parted could grow a partition from the end but not the beginning? Thanks Dave Berg
