And the WikiMeta pages (from what you say) appears to be a (standard) place for it. Its news to me and thanks for bringing it to my attention. And while this makes sense to post on the wiki itself, the Debian BTS is also a place to bring issues to the entire Debian developers community, hence the pseudo-package of ftp-debian and www-debian. And obviously ftp and www are not wiki-like to allow comments.
