IIRC, the galeon package has been redone so that there's now 3 galeon packages 
(galeon-common, galeon-browser, and galeon-nautlius).  At least, that's how it 
is in sid, I can't really answer for woody.  At any rate, when you do the 
upgrade, you'll be asked to remove the 'galeon' package, and you can then go 
back and install the galeon-browser package which has the /usr/bin/galeon 
binary we all love so well.
