That's not a package from the Debian archive, is it? (Can't find it, anyway.) You can "fix" it by running 'dpkg --force-overwrite -i /var/cache/apt/archives/bcast_2000c-1_i386.deb', but that will of course overwrite the correct man page in the libjpeg-progs packages.
