Sometimes when I open an xterm, the characters are double-spaced horizontally (like this:
b o b c o m : ~ $ _
and sometimes the are not:
bobcom:~$_I have not been able to discern a pattern of when it works and when it doesn't.
Interestingly, if I start some app that runs in a console (I'm using KDE2) it always looks fine. Also, if I start konsole, it also works fine always (and uses the ttf).
Thoughts?
