I am new to Debian Gnu/Linux. I installed 3.0 r1 on my machine. The
machine has an Intel 845GE motherboard. The GUI is not working. It says no
screens found. Please help.
From the net I found that the 845 motherboard is new. so I have to
install latest XFree86 4.3.0. Is that correct?
What is the X version of Debian 3.0 r1? If I have to install, how I download
the binaries and How to install that?I have windows 2000 machine that connected to internet. I am sending the log file too. Please help. TIA, Jagadees.S India. <<XFREE86.0>>
