Interestingly, your mailer shows as Internet Mail Service 5.5.2653.19, not Outlook. In the situations that don't work, Outlook is fetching (or failing to fetch) the message from the ISP. One of the ISPs uses Unix, as far as I can tell. I am uncertain about the other.
