General things to do before reporting a bug Have you tried Mozilla 1.0rc2? Did you search bugzilla ( http://www.mozilla.org/bugs/ ) for something similar to your problem? Problem clarification What are the exact conditions when the problem happens? What do you expect to get/see and what do you get/see; is there any error message?
