With SID some of the fonts look like bar codes not all As an eemple in the Gnome Control Center all text in the right window is readable, in the left window unreadable (bar codes) Interestingly, if open a window ( bash.. whatever else) and move it over the 'bar codes' suddenly they get converted in readble text. i guess it has to do with fonts not properly loaded but I am a new comer in this world and I am tired to spend nights trying to figure out what's happening there Could anyone help?? P.S: On the same computer I used to have potato which did not show this issue.. In case it means something..
