Known problem. Last I heard, people were sort of bickering over who's fault it is, and who's going to fix it, and how to fix it, and if it can be fixed at all, and when (gnome 1.4 vs gnome 2) it'll get fixed... More then a little frustrating actually. If you have any details (even details that might seem inconsequential to you) to add to any of these bug reports, please do. The more eyeballs on this problem, the faster it'll get addressed.
