Hi, I don't know much about midi, so this may be idiotic. I have a Crystal sound card (cs46xx), but doing "modprobe cs46xx; modprobe soundcore" doesn't configure any midi devides. I'd like to be able to use rosegarden and for that playmidi -e has to work. Do I have to get another sound card or am I missing some module?
I used to run openbsd and if I remember correctly, there was a midi device recognized on boot, but that might be my imagination. Any help would be useful.
