I haven't called it, but my guess is this isn't a phone charge scam. Rather, it's the Nigeria money scam all over again; you open an account and they promise to put zillions in it, but first you have to deposit some seed money for various reasons. After that money disappears you end up feeling like the idiot you were for beleiving that someone who has access to stolen money wants _you_ to help invest it / move it out of the country / whatever. > Of course, maybe someone really is trying to give away millions to millions > of people.
