not any AFAIK. All web mail clients might handle and do handle the client side differently even though they might be using the same IMAP or POP protocols on the server. If it's yahoo or hotmail u migth find something of your interest on freshmeat. It should be possible to write a simple utility to do your job though. U'll have to parse the webmail's inputs to the mail server and then use that to read the mails.
