In intel site I saw that your motherboard have a i815 chipset and in in xfree86.org is writen: 4.2.0: Support (accelerated) for the Intel i740 is provided by the "i740" driver, and support for the Intel i810 (including i810-dc100 and i810e), i815, and i830 is provided by the "i810" driver. The "i810" driver is currently supported only on Linux and FreeBSD (4.1 and later), and requires AGP GART kernel support. Then, in linuxdoc.org I found a how-to for use i810 with Xfree86, the how-to is in: http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/i810-HOWTO/ For the most users that´s all to do. I recommend taht you install the Xfree86 4.2.0 obs: I have a i810 video card and the agpgart module just reserves 3MB for AGP, cause this my X don´t work. But, I wish that you will have more luck than I. Excuse for my bad english. >> Thanks in advance, >> Arafat Gustavo Sales @Brazil _________________________________________________________ Oi!
