Hi I think I must be missing something obviose here but here goes:- I have installed courier-imap (this is on Woody) and then point an IMAP client at localhost (in this case Evolution) when it pops up asking for a username and password I type them in and then I fail authentication.
The follwoing errer is in the logs Mar 13 16:54:29 dasterdly PAM_unix[13995]: authentication failure; (uid=0) -> pcolbeck for imap service I havent tweaked any of the Courier config files as it looks to be using PAM by default. Any ideas Thanks Pat
