I have no trouble with either. I am running potato with a few select packages from woody and a few others from ximian (galeon, mozilla, gnumeric, etc - definitely no nautilus or medusa for me, thanks) 1) go over the dependencies/conflicts to solve any problems 2) start from a term & watch for error messages 3) still no luck? Try downloading a binary installer of the latest release from mozilla.org & install it in /usr/local or someplace. -CraigW
