Try using 'L', for list-reply instead. This, combined with either lists [EMAIL PROTECTED] or subscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED] will help you automatically comply with debian lists' guidelines for CCing posters when replying. That is to say, mutt will then send replies directly to the list, except when the author of the post to which you are replying has explicitly requested a CC by setting a Mail-Followup-To header.
