Hello Timothy, If you would be so kind as to post the contents of your /etc/resolv.conf. This seems more of an issue of configuration as opposed to distrobution. I too am running "Woody" and have no issues resolving the two hosts you've mentioned. Also, have you changed the nameservers to be used since the switch between systems? Have you tried resolving these hosts through other nameservers? (Eg. nslookup navigation.realnames.com ns.sun.com) Regards, Kristopher - -- BOFH excuse #278: The Dilithium Cyrstals need to be rotated. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Processed by Mailcrypt 3.5.6 and Gnu Privacy Guard <http://www.gnupg.org/> iD8DBQE8fYg1gYazEGtt4hERAiOFAKCshfFbnbManjYcZMQj/j7yylAruQCfXoSJ OP9WJ21oLrBRzpmwYsGcTl8= =no4n -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
