There's probably something else that I'm doing incorrectly. I have a Canon BJC-4000, which uses the cbjc600.ppd driver. I have tried to use parallel:/dev/lp0, lpd://localhost/var/spool/lpd, ipp://localhost:631, and a couple of other combinations.
