Just search for "vortex" in > it; most have CONFIG_VORTEX=m. Well, CD one doesn't boot so I boot with CD 2- I thought this was strange but I tested the images and they were good according to the MD5 sums. However I put in CD 1 at some point. I suppose there could be something wrong but I remember a while back something about using CD 2 to get indexes so I figured it was just quirk... should I re burn CD 1? Now that I think about it the CD 2 thing was probably before apt. Please forgive my ignorance but I have just been really busy for the last couple of years. ( I switched from Red Hat in 98 ). Since this module is in the boot floppy I suppose that I should be able to get it loaded on startup, I'll go read the installation instructions. Thanks :) Billy Someday, I'll own a real computer! > >4.
