I hope you mean news reader. Try pan, it's a news reader for Gnome and uses many of Agent's features. It's packaged for Debian, at least if you use woody or sid. It's available for potato through www.ximian.com, but bear in mind that Ximian's Gnome packages are not compatible with Debian's, so it's wise to remove all Debian Gnome packages if you use Ximian Gnome and vice versa -- I did not vote for the Austrian government
