I've got a new powerpc woody system up and running, but I cant compile because ...cannot exec 'as': No such file or directory.
Contents-powerpc tells me the assember should be part of devel/binutils. I've installed binutils-2.11.92.0.12.3-6 but still no as. So, is this a bug? or did I fumble the installation? Or is there an alternate assembler I should be using? Thanks, --rich
