No - probably not. I think you've been bitten by a bug that I remember
seeing. Here it is . . .
# chown root:mail /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock
# chmod 2755 /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock
Somehow this got screwed up in a recent upgrade.
