There is a dnsutils package in Debian. Is contains some utilities. Is it a Debian-specific software?
I can connect to the provider, run pppd. There appears resolv.conf with "nameserver..." lines. I can ping those servers, and it's possible to browse www pages like this: "http://194.180.244.2/index.htm";. How to enable domain names? What program is responsible for that? Thanks. Alexey.
