The boot-floppies run 'depmod -a' just before they start module configuration, so I don't think those errors indicate a real problem. > b) why is it referring to 2.2.26 in that install screen, when its > talking about 2.2.19 in thoses errors? 2.2.26 is the version of the boot-floppies, while 2.2.19 is the kernel version.
