I've never got mine to connect with wvdial but pppconfig worked fine. /etc/ppp/peers/provider hide-password noauth connect "/usr/sbin/chat -v -f /etc/chatscripts/provider" debug /dev/ttyS1 115200 defaultroute noipdefault user [EMAIL PROTECTED] remotename provider ipparam provider /etc/ppp/resolv/provider nameserver ip nameserver ip You might also check if there are other numbers in your area.
