See below: This is the first time my ISP has sent me one of these for the list. I have noticed that my posts occasionally arrive back to me as much as 6-12 hours after posting. The usual time span is <30 min., and that could be related to my retrieval schedule.
Perhaps one of the mail/network gurus can point the finger at the choke point, if there is one.
