For some reason, I chose to use 'Return-Path'. 
Here's a goody from my .procmailrc, delivering to a different folder
depending on list:

# Debian lists
:0
* ^Return-Path: <bounce-\/debian-(user|news|[your choice...])=
* MATCH ?? debian-\/[^=]+
| /usr/sbin/cyrdeliver -a $USER -m Debian.$MATCH $USER

Obviously, those not using Cyrus would want to change the last line.
