Perhaps a stupid question, but -- What does "OT:" mean?
I have seen many postings that have OT: followed a topic.. on the
SUBJECT:: line. Recently, two messages had "semi-ot" as part of the
subject line.
What "OT:" means seems to be known to many, but I haven't a
clue. Please enlighten me.
