Hi,I have a K7N420 Pro board. I initially had trouble finding the nVidia drivers, but now it works fine. To avoid problems, I dropped in a tulip-compatible 10/100 ethernet card; the built-in network doesn't work without the drivers, and you need a network to get those...
FYI Those MSI boards can go up to a 2600 with a BIOS Update. Gotta love MSI! :-) You have to change the memory though but it's a cheap upgrade for those that want the speed.

Then only bad part I see out of it is that the FSB doesn't change. It's still 266Mhz.
