The normal cause is that bonobo-conf is not installed.
Is that is not the case, run "killev" to make sure no evolution
components are running and then:
* in one terminal run evolution-mail
* wait a few seconds and then in another terminal run evolution
Hopefully you'll see more debug information in the first terminal which
should point towards the problem more accurately.
