yes. If you are to remove a kernel with its modules, do an 
apt-get remove kernel-image-yourkernelversion (not applicable for
the kernel+ modules initially installed during the installation
process, for you won't find any dpkg package on it, lest you install
a kernel-image dpkg package too). It would cleanly remove the kernel
with its modules.
