Seen while running a Woody upgrade (just now):
Configuring Slrn
pump may not work on 2-interface machines
Pump has been observed to send packets out of the wrong interface
(particularly if Full NAT is enabled in the kernel) and send out
packets with a non-0 source address.
You may wish to try another dhcp client
