I didn't think anything of this, but dist-upgrading my unstable boxes over the weekend i had this happen too, though not with raid-tools ... just a 80+ package unstable upgrade ... but I don't have any dhcp stuff on these boxes, so I though it was a little weird to be asked the pump question ...
