The onboard SCSI should be supported just fine by the aic7xxx module -
I'm fairly sure it's in both 2.2.x and 2.4.x - I've used it for a
while at any rate, and have used both kernels with this box.  The SB
live takes the emu10k1 module, and it works OK, but I don't know about
both channels - write back off list if you get it going, because I've
been thinking about upgrading my speakers and sound.  I have no idea
about your vid card, but it should be fine for 2D under X and possibly
3D with X4.  the USB devices will take some kernel tweaking, but
shouldn't be hard.
