The SB live takes the emu10k1 module, and it works OK, but I don't know about both channels - write back off list if you get it going, because I've been thinking about upgrading my speakers and sound. I have no idea about your vid card, but it should be fine for 2D under X and possibly 3D with X4. the USB devices will take some kernel tweaking, but shouldn't be hard.
