RealTek Chip support

[Hanasaki JiJi]

I am looking at a MS-6368 Mother board that says it has a RT8100.  How 
can I check for support for this board?  Or, 8100 a general number means 
an 81xx is is used (i.e.: maybe a 8129 or 8139)
