I believe when there are two packages of the same name in apt-gets database, it will try and install the one that has the earlier line in /etc/apt/sources.list . If I'm correct, then you have the line for my site at the end of your sources.list after a line for woody so you're getting woody versions of webmin-ssl or some of its' dependencies.
