Bashar, Is there a chance that you might be trying to cram a say 2.88 image onto a 1.44 floppy or something like that? I was using rawrite2 to write driver images to floppies just last night and everything was fine. I used 1.44 images for 1.44 Mb floppies. Follow the Debian installation guide from the website, that's all you need.
